HUB New York prides itself for its customer service. We want to make sure you feel comfortable every mile of the way, front the begining of your journey until your final destination.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. An additional deposit is required when a debit card is used as the main form of payment. Some vehicles are excluded. Contact us for details.


What is your cancellation policy?

HUB New York guarantees our vans with our no over-booking policy.

We understand unforeseen events happen, but we require 48-hours cancellation notice. 48-hours or more does not accrue a cancellation charge.

Less than 48-hour cancellations are subject to a minimun of one full-day rental charge plus all applicable fees.


What is your policy on additional drivers?

A maximum of three additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement. Additional drivers are $3.00 per day, per additional driver. There is no charge for a spouse. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.

What are your pickup and drop-off policies?

Pickup: Our office is located at 75 Van Brunt Street, Brooklyn NY 11231.
Drop-off: 24/7 at 75 Van Brunt Street, Brooklyn NY 11231.

* Please note that if you drop off you rental after-hours, you are responsible for that vehicle until the next business day, following our inspection.


How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?

If you are under the age of 24, please contact us at 844-482-6999.


How much do you charge per mile?

All vehicle include at least 100 miles per rental day. Some vehicles offer more inclusive mileage. For mileage estimations, please contact us at 1-888-482-6999 or request this information on the quote form when you submit on our website. Mileage fees range from $.26 to $.44 per mile, depending on the rental.


What are your insurance policies?

We offer collision insurance on a per day basis. Pricing depends on drivers age and vehicle rented. Please contact us at1-888-482-6999 for more details.

You may use your own insurance or credit card insurance. Please make sure the vehicle model and type you’re renting is covered under your insurance before you pick up your rental.


Do the 15-passenger vans have cargo room?

15-passenger vans have less cargo space than 12-passenger vans. Small items can fit under the seat.

If you require addition space for luggage/production gear, please contact us as 1-888-482-6999 to remove seating to make space for your cargo or consider renting our 12-passenger Sprinter for ample storage space.


What model year are your vans?

Our vans range in model year from 2010 to 2016.


Do I have to clean the vehicle before I return it?

We request that the vehicle be returned in the same condition it was rented. Of course, we understand that 15 people in a van can get a bit messy. If the rental requires only a wash and vacuum, there will be no additional charges. However, if extensive cleaning or detailing is required upon the return of your rental, there will be a cleaning charge issued to your credit/debit card on file.


What if the vehicle breaks down on the road?

We maintain our vehicles mechanically on a regular basis and although rare, breakdowns or flat tires may occur on extended trips. But don’t stess – we are with you every mile of the way. Contact our office at 1-888-482-6999; we provide roadside assistance 24/7 and/or the best possible solution for any situation.


What if I return the vehicle later than my scheduled time?

Each rental day consists of a 24-hour period. If returning your rental late, you will be charged per hour rate until you reach the 24-hour price. At this point, your rental will be extended to the next 24-hour period.
